The TID Synergy Journal of Development is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by the Institute for Development Synergy (TIDS). The journal provides an interdisciplinary platform for the publication of high-quality research, reviews, policy analyses, and practice-oriented papers that address contemporary development challenges in Nigeria, Africa, and the wider global community.
The journal was established in line with the mission of the Institute for Development Synergy to promote meaningful collaboration between academia, government, civil society, and industry. Focus and Scope
The journal welcomes original and rigorous contributions in areas related to development research and practice, including but not limited to governance, public policy, education, public health, leadership, law, entrepreneurship, economic development, gender and social inclusion, public-private partnerships, security, technology, engineering, innovation, sustainability, capital markets, and investment literacy. The journal is especially interested in interdisciplinary work that bridges theory, evidence, and practical application.

This journal provides immediate open access to all its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
